Returns Policy

We are committed to providing excellent customer service, part of this is how we work with our customers in regards to our returns policy. Please familiarise yourself with our returns policy before purchasing any goods from us, all returns will require proof of purchase.

UNWANTED GOODS

You can return unwanted goods (excluding e-liquid, please see below) within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange as long as the goods are still in a sealed and unused condition.

DAMAGED GOODS

We will not accept returns on goods that have been damaged due to general wear and tear (such as scratches, chipped paint work, cracked screens etc…), however, if you do find goods purchased from us to be damaged ‘out of the box’ you must notify us within 48 hours of purchase and return the goods within 7 days of notifying us with all the original packaging.

Once returned we will need to inspect the goods and decide whether a replacement or refund is necessary.

Failure to notify us and/or return your goods within the above time frames will result in you being unable to get a replacement or refund.

FAULTY GOODS

Every part of any e-cigarette will wear over time and will need to be replaced, the time needed before replacement of any part will greatly depend on how well the e-cigarette has been cared for during its use, however, if goods purchased from us develop a fault within 30 days of purchase we will either offer a repair, a replacement or a full refund of the goods.

We will need adequate time to fully inspect and test the goods to diagnose the fault, if a fault is found to have occurred due to misuse or user error then no repair, replacement or refund will be offered.

COILS AND ATOMISERS

Coils and atomisers (including disposable tanks) are a perishable part of an e-cigarette and will need to be replaced regularly, it is for that reason that we will only accept returns if they are dead on arrival (DOA), if this is the case you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase and return your coil or atomiser within 7 days of notifying us in order for us to provide a replacement.

Once returned we will need to inspect your coil or atomiser and decide whether a replacement is necessary.

Failure to notify us and/or return your coil or atomiser within the above time frames will result in you being unable to get a replacement.

E-LIQUIDS

Due to health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on any e-liquids (including DIY liquids), this is because it is impossible for us ascertain whether or not the e-liquid has been tampered with in some way.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Your statutory rights are not affected by this returns policy.
